At Riverdale Sitter Network, transparent pricing is a baseline. You shouldn’t have to search through an entire website, email, or make a phone call just to find out what working with us costs. We believe you deserve to know exactly what to expect from the start, with no surprises or hidden fees. We charge a non-refundable launch fee to begin your search and a placement fee once we've found 2-3  candidates. Everything below outlines our fees and what’s included, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before your first consultation.

Placement Fee Breakdown

Our $500 placement fee is divided into two simple payments, so you know exactly what to expect throughout the placement process.

$250 launch fee

Search & Matching Fee

Due when you begin your search. This includes candidate sourcing, screening, and the time we spend identifying caregivers who match your family’s needs, preferences, and requirements.

Due once you’ve selected a caregiver and decided to move forward with one of the matches.

This means you don't pay the full placement fee until you’ve found someone you’d like to hire. We believe our fee structure should be straightforward, transparent, and reflect the work involved in finding and successfully placing the right caregiver.

Membership Breakdown

Our membership is best suited for parents looking for occasional care. With our Rolodex of sitters available for occasional sitting, you can reach out to them individually. When you purchase the membership plan, families get access to the Babysitter's Club pages. Where they will find sitter profiles, availability, and other important information. 

Monthly Plan

Basic Plan - $32.99/month

A flexible option for families who need reliable babysitting support without a long-term commitment.

Yearly Plan - $279/year

Our annual option provides the same membership benefits at a lower overall cost for families who anticipate using the network throughout the year.

Please note: Membership is intended for babysitting and occasional childcare needs. Families seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time nanny should use our Nanny Placement Service, which has a separate $500 placement fee.
