Each candidate we’ll send over to you comes complete with a full profile designed by our team, giving you a clear picture of who they are and why we believe they could be a great fit for your household. Profiles include their childcare experience, references, certifications, availability, and a detailed scorecard based on the qualities we evaluate throughout our screening process. Including reliability, communication, professionalism, initiative, judgment, safety awareness, childcare experience, and overall family fit. This allows you to review each candidate with confidence and understand exactly why we’re recommending them for your family.

We’ll also provide the resources you need to make the hiring process as smooth as possible, from interview guidelines and agreement templates to helpful resources for getting your new caregiver set up with payroll. What You’ll Invest
We believe families deserve complete transparency when it comes to the cost of finding care. That’s why we clearly outline our placement fees and what’s included before you begin your search. A launch fee is collected at the start of your search, allowing us to begin the matching process and dedicate our time and resources to finding the right fit for your family. Once suitable matches have been identified and we’re ready to present candidates to you, the remaining placement fee will be collected before you receive their profiles. No hidden fees, no surprises, just a clear understanding of what you’re paying for and the support you can expect from us.
