Holiday Premium Rates

During major holidays, all childcare providers are paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. This ensures our sitters are fairly compensated

for working during special occasions when they could be with their own families.

24-hour Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled sitting require the sitter to be paid in full for the time they reserved for your family. This policy respects our sitters’ time and ensures they are fairly compensated when a booking is canceled on short notice. We appreciate families providing as much notice as possible when plans change.

Sick Child Policy

To help protect the health and well-being of our sitters, children, and families, RSN childcare professionals cannot provide care for children who are experiencing a fever, contagious illness, or symptoms of illness.

Every sitter in our network goes through a comprehensive screening and verification process that includes a personal interview, identity verification, professional and personal reference checks, background screening, and confirmation of current CPR and First Aid certifications.

We take a selective approach to building our network. Rather than simply allowing anyone to create a profile, we personally review each candidate to ensure they meet our standards for experience, professionalism, and reliability.

Our relationship with sitters doesn’t end once they join the network. RSN maintains ongoing communication with our childcare professionals through check-ins, resources, and continued development to help uphold the standard of care our families expect.

Before booking, families can review each sitter’s profile, including their childcare experience, specialties, and qualifications, so you can feel informed and confident about who will be caring for your children.
